The tenant didn’t pay for 2m and didn’t return his call & email. He went to the house to knock the door to see what was going on. The tenant came out with the gun pointing to his head and said: “if you dare to ask for rent again, I am going to kill you”. Thanks God he didn’t shoot him and he ran away to call police. The police can’t do anything about it. He filed eviction and removed the tenant from his property. After that, his property was vandalized several times. Even if he believed the previous tenant did, but he has no evidence to file the charge against him. </FONT><br>

以前在看即将被拍卖的房子时，一敲门，有的主人就很凶地几乎是叫起来：“Get out of here！”意思就是“从我这里滚开”。现在回想起来，他要开枪了，也就开了。我得谢天谢地。<BR><br>
这次在录王丹凶杀现场时，我一个人在那还没有汽车宽的窄巷子里，在王丹的几滩血边上，一边是看不透的树丛，一边是不知谁躲在里面的几栋小屋，而我眼睛看着录像机取景孔，看不到四周有什么，窄巷子尽头几只狗朝我猛叫。谁要从屋里，树林里向我开枪，我也只能认了。我那时真的体会到了什么是“毛骨悚然”， “心里发毛”，“腿发抖”。<br>
