This is the same person of 17th floor I do know how this works since I've been doing that to other private school. However, I am just not sure if you can pay someone to do the donation for you school. I don't have a problem with that as long as it is legal. I just don't want you guys getting into legal trouble without consulting with the proper authority/attorney. good luck and many thanks for what you do for the community
My suggestion: <br>If you are not sure, just try a small amount, then test it to see 100% state tax return.<br>Next year, you will be sure.<br> <br>

The DOR released a new number as of August 3rd, 2012. <br> <br>· $9,077,498 remains to be approved for 2012<br>· $42,422,502 has been approved in 2012<br>· $3.1 million in credits have been approved in the last 2 weeks. <br>· This number of credits hadn’t been approved until mid-October 2011.<br>· Based on these facts, we believe the cap will expire in the next 2 weeks. <br>
