Buyer signed contract clearly says 11-1-2011 is the final date to withdraw due to loan issue. Today is Oct 31, 2011.
Attached please find the loan denial letter, our contract, and termiantion/release letter.

Michael,
It is the policy of this company that all buyers or their representative must come in to sign for their refund.  We will not mail any checks out.
The buyer or their representative may pick up the EM at our office at the address below.  The hours for pick up are from 9-5pm Monday through Friday only.   They will also need to let us make a copy of their id and sign for it. 
If the agent is picking up we will need a copy of their real estate license and driver’s license. Drop me a note and let me know when they might drop by.
