Order Processing Specialist
Location: Cumming, GA
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:
Process customer orders, including printing shipping labels, packing lists, invoices, etc.
Assist other departments with shipping requirements
Assist with inventory management
Assist with other office clerk matters
Requirements:
Strong English reading ability.
Strong Chinese speaking ability.
Attention to detail, especially with numbers.
Experience in order processing; accounting experience is a plus.
Proficiency in computer skills, including EXCEL, WORD, GOOGLE SHEET, CHROME, and ERP systems.
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Strong teamwork spirit.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
Compensation:
Starting at $18/hour
Overtime pay at 1.5x the regular rate
Pay raise available after completing training and probation
